Conveyancing Solicitor/Paralegal/Fee Earner

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents.

• Conduct property searches and investigations to identify any potential issues.

• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other relevant parties.

• Oversee the exchange of contracts and completion of property transactions.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.

• Keep clients informed about the progress of their property transactions.

• Resolve any legal issues or disputes related to property transactions.

• Making appointments with clients to take ID or to report on title, in person or on zoom

• Initially the role will be from the office and then phase to hybrid working

I am looking for a highly skilled candidate to work closely with me, with the following qualifications and skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fee earning.

• Strong knowledge of property law, conveyancing processes, and property transactions.

• Fantastic and rapid communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in using conveyancing software and relevant legal databases.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in legal documentation.

• Effective time management and organisational abilities.

• Ability to work independently.

• Client-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

• Manage a caseload of residential property transactions (sales and purchases) without supervision., * Bachelor’s (preferred)
