SH Digital is a regulated crypto brokerage specializing in institutional digital asset trading and fiat-to-crypto execution for professional clients across Europe and the Middle East. We are looking for a Sales & Business Development Intern to join our London team for a 6-month internship starting on April 13th. The intern will work closely with our Senior Sales & Trading team, supporting client acquisition and business development initiatives. This is a great opportunity to gain direct exposure to the institutional crypto trading industry and learn how brokerage desks operate. This is an unpaid internship designed to provide hands-on industry experience, with the potential to earn commission based on performance.
Responsibilities- Identify and research potential clients including funds, family offices, brokers and high-net-worth individuals
- Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn and direct outreach
- Assist in building and maintaining the sales pipeline
- Support the senior sales and trading team in client onboarding and relationship management
- Prepare client materials and presentations when needed
- Monitor market developments and identify potential opportunities for the sales team
- Strong interest in financial markets and digital assets
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
- Comfortable with outreach and business development activities
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Previous internship in finance, fintech or crypto is a plus but not required
- Exposure to institutional crypto markets
- Understanding of OTC trading and brokerage operations
- Direct mentorship from experienced sales and trading professionals
- Hands-on experience in client acquisition and market development
