We are looking for a Client Coordinator to join the team here at SGX. We are looking for someone with good organisational & communication skills with excellent attention to detail, that will be happy working in a fast-paced artwork and packaging environment.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Interacting & liaising with the Artwork, QC & Print teams
  • The entering & booking in of client information into the internal SGX systems.
  • Communicating job progress and answering customer queries by Teams & email.
  • Interpreting results/reports and taking appropriate actions, liaising with staff and clients.
  • Producing reports and invoices in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Participation in team meetings and assisting with actions/projects.
  • Contributing to the upkeep and improvement of office processes and procedures.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Enjoy working as part of a team & able to work independently
  • Ability to communicate with staff, clients and at all levels
  • Good IT skills including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills as you will be producing reports and documents.
  • Work under pressure and to be able to determine and organise priorities.
