Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and dynamic eFX Sales professional to join our London team and expand our presence across EMEA. This is a pure hunter role—ideal for someone with 4-7 years of experience in institutional FX sales or electronic trading, with a strong desire to win. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love building relationships, and are passionate about the evolution of electronic FX—this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Proactively originate and close new business opportunities with Banks, Brokers, Hedge Funds, and Asset Managers across EMEA and AMS
- Drive new client acquisition with a strong focus on Emerging Market currency participants
- Build and maintain a solid pipeline through prospecting, networking, and market intelligence
- Manage the full sales lifecycle – from lead generation to onboarding and activation
- Collaborate with product, liquidity, and operations teams to ensure seamless client delivery
- Travel extensively for client meetings, events, and regional coverage
Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in FX/eFX sales, preferably with ECNs, prime brokers, or trading platforms
- Strong institutional network across the FX ecosystem (especially EM participants)
- High energy, self-driven, goal-oriented mindset – must be comfortable in a performance-based environment
- Sound understanding of FX market structure, liquidity dynamics, and trading technology
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Open to frequent travel within the region
