Who we are looking for… We are seeking a compassionate, resilient, and energetic Senior Residential Support Worker who:
- Can build trusting, therapeutic relationships with children
- Supports young people’s emotional, behavioural, and social development
- Provides leadership to the staff team, stepping in to deputise for Team Leaders
- Demonstrates empathy, patience, and resilience
- Can work on a rota, including sleep‑ins
- Holds a Full UK Driving Licence
