Job Overview

- Salary: Approx. £33,926 per annum based on 160 hours per month and 11 sleep-ins per month
- Hourly Rate: £14.67 per hour

Qualifications Required: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent (preferred)
Experience Required: Experience within an Ofsted Registered Children’s Home is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Support young people with daily routines, including preparing for school, mealtimes and activities.
- Create a safe, nurturing and homely environment while building meaningful relationships and providing emotional support.
- Plan and participate in activities, maintain accurate records, and lead by example to ensure high standards of care are delivered at all times.
- Demonstrate strong communication, act as a positive role model, and commit to helping young people thrive.
About the Home:
- Number of beds: 3 young people currently living in the home
- The home currently supports three young people who are attending education in Liverpool, Warrington and St Helens.
- One young person has been with the service for 19 months and has made significant progress.
- Two additional young people have joined recently and have settled in well.
- The home benefits from a stable and experienced staff team who have worked together for several years and provide a supportive environment for both colleagues and young people.

- You require sponsorship now or in the future.
- Individuals with only CQC experience and/or who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children’s Home will not be considered.
