What does Progression look like:

Working Week and Pay:
- Hours: Condensed shifts of two days on, four days off.
- Sleeps: Included in the condensed shift pattern
- Salary: Up to Β£37,600 per annum inclusive of sleeps

What you will need/None-Negotiables:
- Qualifications: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or Level 3 Children & Young People Workforce Diploma with social care pathway. (Level 3 Diploma in Adult social care may be considered if work experience with children can be demonstrated)
- Experience: Ideally experience in the Residential Children's Services sector or similar setting working with children with challenging behaviour.
- Driving Licence: Required
- Fluent in English: Speaking and also the ability to understand different UK dialects.
- Min Age: 22/23
