Location: Warrington

Salary: £26,000 + Sleeps (£32,900 total)

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Pay Per Sleep: £50 per sleep

Service Users: Young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)

Qualifications Required:

  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare OR Level 3/4 Equivalent AND/OR at least 25% completed (Level 3 in Health and Social Care will not be considered)

Experience in Years Required: 1 year in an Ofsted Children’s Registered Home (preferred)

Candidate eligibility: Candidate will not be considered if they have worked or lived outside of the UK for 3 months or more in the last 5 years

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance required

  • Knowledge of relevant legislation for Children’s Homes
  • Experience with Ofsted inspections
