Qualifications Required:
- NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Care (or equivalent / willingness to achieve)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience managing an Ofsted-registered children’s home
- Experience supervising and managing staff in a care role
- Knowledge of legislation including Children’s Regulations, The Quality Standards, Every Child Matters

- Oversee day-to-day running of the home efficiently
- Ensure safe, high-quality, child-centred care
- Lead and support the staff team
- Maintain compliance with Ofsted requirements and inspections
- Drive positive outcomes for children
A Full UK Driving Licence and own transport would be advantageous.
