Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum + £7,500 welcome bonus

Working Hours / Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week

As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, management, and regulatory compliance of the home, ensuring positive outcomes for children and young people while maintaining high standards of care and safeguarding.

  • Managing safeguarding, care planning, risk assessments, and placement stability
  • Building strong relationships with local authorities, families, and external professionals
  • Overseeing staffing, rotas, budgets, and resources
  • Driving a positive culture focused on continuous improvement and child-centred practice
