Sgscare is seeking an experienced residential childcare professional to take a Deputy Manager role in a brand-new children’s home in Wallasey. You will work alongside the Registered Manager to lead the staff team and support young people aged 7 to 17 from day one.
You will help shape daily culture and standards, participate in setting high quality care, and contribute to the service launch. This is a strategic position with input into establishing the home’s ethos.
