Salary: £36,192 (Base)
Working Hours: 2 on / 4 off shift pattern
Number of Sleeps Required: 8–10 per month
Pay Per Sleep: £52 per night
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: YPs aged 7–17 with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and Mild Learning Difficulties
Qualifications Required: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or recognised equivalent)
Experience in Years Required: Previous experience in residential childcare or a related field
Employment Type: Permanent
Ofsted Rating: Good across all homes

- A calm, consistent and nurturing individual
- Must hold a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Must have a Full UK Driving Licence
- Must be 21 or over (Ofsted requirement)

- You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care – this is not deemed equivalent
- You have only worked in healthcare, NHS, CQC or as a Nursery Practitioner – this experience is not suitable

- You have only worked in a CQC setting and not an Ofsted Registered Children’s Home
Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children's Home will not be considered.
