Who we are looking for…
We are seeking a confident, resilient and motivated Team Leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality, trauma-informed care to children and young people. You will:
- Lead shifts and support staff to deliver consistent, high-quality care
- Act as a role model and provide supervision, guidance and mentoring
- Support care planning, reviews and risk management
- Promote safeguarding and ensure policies and procedures are followed
- Support the Registered Manager with daily operations and standards
- Build strong relationships with professionals, families and agencies
- Support staff development, training and inductions
- Maintain accurate records, reports and documentation
- Work flexibly, including weekends and sleep-ins
