Home: 2-bed provision, currently with 1 settled YP

Qualifications Required: Level 3 Residential Childcare

We are seeking a highly motivated Deputy Manager who is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of children and young people. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing trauma-informed care, and supporting young people to thrive in a nurturing environment. A candidate who is keen to be part of a growing company with long-term prospects into Registered Manager, Dual Registered Manager and Regional Management.

  • Other Services: Clinical psychologist support (monthly visits starting March 2025) and trauma-informed training.
