We’re recruiting an experienced Service Manager to lead Ofsted-regulated supported accommodation services (16–18) across Macclesfield and Edgeley, Stockport. These services are for Looked After Children.

Salary: £42,500

The Homes:

  • Home 1 (SK10): 2-bed (ages 16–18) — 1 boy currently in residence
  • Home 2 (SK3): 2-bed (ages 16–18) — 1 boy currently in residence

Requirements:

  • Previously held Ofsted registration within the last 2 years in supported accommodation (16–18)
  • Level 5 qualified (or working towards)
  • Strong safeguarding and regulatory knowledge
  • Confident leading registration and inspections
  • Values therapeutic, trauma-informed care
