Salary: £28,704 – £31,200 per year (pro rata, dependent on contract). Total take‑home with sleeps = £34,994.

Working Hours: 36 / 48‑hour contracts available.

Number of Sleeps: Up to 4 sleeps per month – Pay per sleep £73 (approx. £3,796 per year).

You’ll be a key part of a young person’s day‑to‑day life, supporting them through highs and lows and helping them rebuild stability, confidence and positive pathways for adulthood. As Team Leader, you will also support and guide the staff team, help maintain high standards in the home, and be prepared to step up and deputise for the Registered and Deputy Managers when required.
