Location: Hartlepool
Salary: £26,070.20 (37 hours equivalent)
Working Hours: Rota-based (early & late shifts, weekends, sleep-ins)
Pay Per Sleep: £40 per sleep-in (any time woken is paid in addition)

Service Users: Young People – trauma, neglect, emotional needs, challenging behaviour (may include physical aggression at times)

A qualified practitioner who can deliver consistent, nurturing care and bring confidence within a therapeutic environment. You’ll role model best practice, support safe routines, and contribute to care planning, education support, and behaviour management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality physical and emotional care
- Support education, wellbeing and positive identity
- Assess and manage risk in line with plans and policy
- Maintain accurate records and information handling
- Contribute to care programmes, reviews and structured routines
- Support behaviour management and safe practice (including physical intervention when proportionate and necessary, fully trained)
- Work in partnership with families and professionals
Driving Requirement (Essential): Full UK Driving Licence is essential, plus business insurance and use of own car for work.
