Salary: £1,500 Joining Bonus + £14.90 per hour

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Qualifications Required: Level 3 Children & Young People’s Workforce (or willingness to complete)

Experience in Years Required: Minimum 1 year in a residential children’s home

Who we are looking for… An experienced and confident Senior Residential Support Worker who can lead shifts, supervise staff, and deliver high-quality, child-centred care. You will support young people in daily routines, hobbies, social activities, and skill development, while helping them reach their full potential.

  • Lead and manage shifts effectively
  • Manage the home in the absence of the Deputy or Registered Manager
  • Conduct staff supervisions and support inductions
  • Oversee health & safety processes and risk assessments
  • Take responsibility for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people

  • You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have access to a car
  • You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care – this is not deemed equivalent
  • You only have Healthcare, NHS, CQC, or Nursery Practitioner experience
  • You require sponsorship – sponsorship is not available
  • Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children’s Home will not be considered
