Salary: ÂŁ48,000 to ÂŁ52,000 (dependent on experience)

Working Hours: 39 hours per week (flexibility required to ensure smooth running of the home)

Service: Children’s Residential Home

Service Users: Children aged 6–18 with EBD, trauma, and complex needs

Qualifications Required: Level 3 in Children & Young People’s Workforce (or equivalent) and Level 5 in Leadership & Management (completed or in progress)

Experience in Years Required: Minimum 2 years in a Children’s Home, with at least 1 year in a leadership role

You will be confident in managing day‑to‑day operations, maintaining compliance with Ofsted standards, and embedding a therapeutic culture that places children’s emotional well‑being at the heart of care delivery. You will need strong leadership skills, a proven track record with Ofsted, and the ability to manage a stable team that delivers outstanding care to children who have experienced trauma or neglect.

The organisation operates a network of homes across the South West, supported by their own education and clinical services, ensuring children receive consistent and joined‑up support. As part of the Registered Manager team, you’ll receive regular professional supervision, monthly peer support, and ongoing leadership development.
