Salary: £15.90 per hour + £3,000 welcome bonus

Working Hours: 160 hours per month

We are seeking a passionate, committed Deputy Manager who thrives in a residential children’s home environment. You will support the Registered Manager in running the home, mentoring staff, and ensuring outstanding care for young people. You will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive.
