Who we are looking for… A Senior Residential Support Worker who can lead shifts, supervise staff, and provide exceptional care for children and young people.
You will:
- Help young people continue with hobbies, social activities, friendships, and learn new skills
- Support young people to reach their potential and experience new opportunities
- Conduct staff supervisions and support inductions
- Manage the home effectively in the absence of the Deputy or Manager
- Lead shifts, direct, and support colleagues
- Manage health and safety processes, including risk assessments
- Safeguard and actively promote the welfare of children and young people

- You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have a car
- You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care – this is not deemed equivalent
- Candidates with only HealthCare, NHS, CQC, or Nursery Practitioner qualifications will not be considered
- You require sponsorship – no sponsorship available
- Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children’s Home will not be considered.
