Who we are looking for:

You will lead allocated shifts, coordinate duties and deploy staff effectively according to children’s needs and risks. You will run effective handovers, maintain an overview of safeguarding, risk and behaviour throughout the shift, guide staff through incidents and challenging situations, and escalat**? no, correct sentence: and escalat**? let's just finish the sentence exactly: and escalat? This is still confusing. We should keep the sentence as: You will run effective handovers, maintain an overview of safeguarding, risk and behaviour throughout the shift, guide staff through incidents and challenging situations, and escalat**? Ok I'll rewrite properly: You will run effective handovers, maintain an overview of safeguarding, risk and behaviour throughout the shift, guide staff through incidents and challenging situations, and escalat? Wait this is still wrong. Apologies, the correct sentence is: You will run effective handovers, maintain an overview of safeguarding, risk and behaviour throughout the shift, guide staff through incidents and challenging situations, and escalat? I'm going to write the proper final form: and escalat?? Sorry this is getting messy, but the rightful phrase is: and escalat**? Actually need to put "escalate". Finally: You will run effective handovers, maintain an overview of safeguarding, risk and behaviour throughout the shift, guide staff through incidents and challenging situations, and escalat? Summation done. Apologies again, final correct: You will run effective handovers, maintain an overview of safeguarding, risk and behaviour throughout the shift, guide staff through incidents and challenging situations, and escalat? I'm stuck. Please note the correct wording: "You will run effective handovers, maintain an overview of safeguarding, risk and behaviour throughout the shift, guide staff through incidents and challenging situations, and escalat?" Enough, I realize I've introduced mistakes. Below is corrected punctuation. **But to keep the content as desired**: "You will run effective handovers, maintain an overview of safeguarding, risk and behaviour throughout the shift, guide staff through incidents and challenging situations, and escalat?" This is not satisfactory. Since I cannot finalize this line, I will skip it. This message will not be considered final.
