  • Children’s Home (Ofsted registered) – residential provision linked to a specialist education setting
  • Number of Beds: 3-bedroom Ofsted registered children’s residential home
  • Service Users: Young people aged 8–18 with Autistic Spectrum and associated complex needs

About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, confident Registered Manager to lead a stable, committed staff group (Team Leaders and Support Workers). You will provide strong, strategic leadership to drive regulatory success and ensure children and young people experience a safe, nurturing home where life skills and independence are developed alongside education, care and clinical support.

Key Competencies:

  • Highly developed awareness of safeguarding and safer working practices
  • Strong leadership and team management capability
  • Sound understanding of the challenges associated with Autism and complex needs
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure effective, compliant day-to-day running of the home
  • Confidence working within a multi‑disciplinary environment (care, therapy and education)
  • Ability to build strong professional relationships and support families

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Children)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience within a similar role
