Salary: £15.90 per hour + £3,000 welcome bonus (£30,600pa + Sleeps)

Service Users: YPs, 8–17 years, EBD

Qualifications Required: Level 4 Children, Young People and Families Practitioner or Level 3 Residential Childcare (Level 3 in Health and Social Care will not be considered)

Experience Required: Experience within Children’s Residential Care - Ofsted Regulated Children's Home (Supported Accommodation / Young Adults / Care Leaving experience is not considered)

You will support the Registered Manager in running the home, mentoring staff, and ensuring outstanding care for young people. You will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive.
