Salary: £52,650 – £61,650 per annum (guaranteed base with performance-related bonuses, dependent on experience & qualifications)
Working Hours: 40 hours per week | Monday – Friday, 9am–5pm + on-call rota participation

Qualifications Required: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (Level 5 desirable / willingness to complete required)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or management role within residential childcare

Who we are looking for:
An experienced, confident and resilient Registered Manager with a proven background in children’s residential care. You will be passionate about delivering high standards of care and leading a home that supports positive outcomes for children and young people.
You will:
- Lead the overall management and performance of the home in line with the Statement of Purpose
- Ensure compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 / CIW frameworks
- Maintain exceptional standards of safeguarding and care
- Lead, supervise and motivate staff teams
- Oversee care planning to meet emotional, educational and therapeutic needs
- Prepare for and manage inspections, audits and Regulation 44 visits
- Manage rotas, staffing levels and operational resources
- Contribute to budgets and operational decision‑making
- Promote trauma‑informed, inclusive and therapeutic practice
