- Candidates should be at least 50% through their Level 3/4 Residential Childcare qualification
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred) in English and Maths

- 12 months of experience in a children's residential setting or similar
- Must be able to drive, hold a full UK licence, and have access to a vehicle for work purposes
