Location: Newmarket

Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 per annum DOE + up to £10,000 annual bonus + £5,000 welcome bonus

Working Hours / Shift Pattern: 40 hours per week

Employment Type: Permanent

Service: Children’s Home – Specialist Mental Health

Service Users: Children aged 12–18 years with mental health needs, including high-risk behaviours and self-injurious behaviours

Qualifications Required:

  • Level 3 Children’s Residential Care (essential)
  • Level 5 Leadership & Management (preferred or to be completed within 6 months)

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 2 years in children’s residential care, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role within the last 5 years

A specialist 2-bed children’s home supporting young people with complex mental health needs. The service forms part of a wider therapeutic site and offers a multi-disciplinary approach, including access to clinical professionals and education staff. The focus is on stabilisation, therapeutic support, and positive transitions.
