We are looking for a dedicated Deputy Manager who is passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people. You will work closely with the Registered Manager to support the team, mentor staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality care. You will help create a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive and achieve their potential.
