The Home: This is an exciting opportunity to lead a brand new 4-bed children’s home in Cherry Willingham, Lincoln. The service will support children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), providing a safe, structured and nurturing environment where young people can rebuild trust, develop resilience and achieve positive outcomes.
As the Registered Manager, you will take ownership of the registration, launch and operational leadership of the home, building a strong culture from day one and ensuring excellent care standards throughout.

We are seeking a confident, experienced and passionate Registered Manager who can lead from the front and create a stable, therapeutic environment for young people.
- Experience managing an Ofsted-rated Good or Outstanding children’s home
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
- A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months
- A resilient, empathetic and child-focused leadership style
- Strong understanding of safeguarding, Ofsted compliance and operational leadership
- A genuine passion for improving outcomes for children and young people
- Experience managing referrals, occupancy and team development
