You will:
- Manage a welcoming and supportive home environment
- Ensure full compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing staff team
- Manage budgets, resources, and the home environment effectively
- Safeguard young people and work closely with external professionals
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure the Statement of Purpose is delivered
