We are looking for a Registered Manager with a minimum of 2 years’ experience managing an Ofsted-rated "Good" or above children's home. You should possess strong leadership skills, a passion for high-quality care, and a commitment to providing a supportive environment where children and young people can thrive. You must hold an NVQ/QCF Level 3 or QCF Level 5 Diploma in a relevant field, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on positive outcomes for young people.
