Salary: £40,000 + Car or Allowance (£6,000) + Bonus (£2,000-£3,000 Ofsted Bonus)

Service Users: Young People (7 to 16 years old) with EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties)

Qualifications Required: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards it)

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in a managerial role within children's residential care
