Salary: £60,000 + £6,000 Car Allowance or Company Car + Bonuses (£2,000-£3,000 per visit)

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Leader – Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards it)
  • Experienced Manager – Minimum 2 years as a Registered Manager or Dual Site Manager
  • Strong Knowledge – Understanding of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding, and trauma-informed care
  • Passionate & Driven – Committed to making a lasting impact on young people’s lives
