The predicted salary is between 27 - 30 £ per hour.

Location: Barton Seagrave, Kettering

Salary: £14.18 per hour

Working Hours: 42 hours per week (rota basis)

Service: Children’s Home

Service Users: Children & young people with learning disabilities

Qualifications Required: NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)

Experience Required: Experience supporting children & young people with learning disabilities

Employment Type: Permanent

  • You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have a car
  • You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care (this is not deemed equivalent)
  • You have qualifications only in Healthcare, NHS, CQC, or as a Nursery Practitioner
  • You require sponsorship – no sponsorship available
  • Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children’s Home will not be considered.

We are seeking a Children’s Residential Team Leader who is passionate about ensuring young people live fulfilling, independent and meaningful lives.

You will:

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day running of shifts
  • Provide practical and emotional support to your team
  • Support children to achieve their goals, stay healthy, develop skills, and enjoy life
  • Ensure person-centred, high-quality practice
  • Commit to working a variety of shifts on a rota basis
