Working Hours: 42 hours per week (rota basis)

Qualifications Required: NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
Experience Required: Experience supporting children & young people with learning disabilities

- You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care (this is not deemed equivalent)
- You have qualifications only in Healthcare, NHS, CQC, or as a Nursery Practitioner

- Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children’s Home will not be considered.

- Lead and manage the day-to-day running of shifts
- Provide practical and emotional support to your team
- Support children to achieve their goals, stay healthy, develop skills, and enjoy life
- Ensure person-centred, high-quality practice
- Commit to working a variety of shifts on a rota basis
