The Home: An Established 5 Bed, PSB Home, Same Gender

Career Progression:

  • Advancement: Ideal for those aiming to progress to Deputy Manager, with over 60% of current Deputy Managers previously working as Seniors.
  • Future Opportunities: With the current and additional homes, there are ample opportunities for Registered Managers and beyond.

Compensation:

  • On-Shift Time: 40 hours/week or 173 hours/month. Overtime paid.
  • Sleeps: Yes paid at £50.
  • Take Home (basic plus min sleep): £31,305 - £34,259.
  • Additional Pay: £250 on completing in-house Therapeutic Training.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent, or at least 60% course completion.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in Residential Childcare and working alongside young people.
  • Age: At least 22 years old to comply with children’s homes regulations.
  • License: Valid driving license.
