Your Mission: Transform Young Lives! As a Registered Manager, you will be the heart of the home, ensuring young people receive exceptional care and support in a nurturing environment. Your leadership will drive the team to create a safe, warm, and loving home that helps children and young people integrate into the community, develop life skills, and build a brighter future.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Inspire β Manage a compassionate care team to create a positive, nurturing environment.
- Home Management β Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Care Planning β Develop and implement personalised care plans to meet each young personβs needs.
- Mentorship & Supervision β Support, guide, and supervise staff to maintain high standards of care.
- Collaborate with Experts β Work alongside Clinical Psychologists to implement evidence-based interventions.
- Recruit & Develop β Take part in hiring, vetting, and onboarding new team members.
- Encourage Growth β Help young people engage in therapies, education, and essential life skills.
What Youβll Need:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
- Experience at a senior level in a Residential Children's home
- Full manual driving licence
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
