Work Hours: Monday to Friday (Flexible working available)

Home Capacity: 3-bed service

Service Users: EBD – Low to Medium

Salary: Β£50,000 + Ofsted Bonus

Annual Leave: 6 weeks + statutory bank holidays

Your Mission: Transform Young Lives! As a Registered Manager, you will be the heart of the home, ensuring young people receive exceptional care and support in a nurturing environment. Your leadership will drive the team to create a safe, warm, and loving home that helps children and young people integrate into the community, develop life skills, and build a brighter future.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead & Inspire – Manage a compassionate care team to create a positive, nurturing environment.
  • Home Management – Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Care Planning – Develop and implement personalised care plans to meet each young person’s needs.
  • Mentorship & Supervision – Support, guide, and supervise staff to maintain high standards of care.
  • Collaborate with Experts – Work alongside Clinical Psychologists to implement evidence-based interventions.
  • Recruit & Develop – Take part in hiring, vetting, and onboarding new team members.
  • Encourage Growth – Help young people engage in therapies, education, and essential life skills.

What You’ll Need:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
  • Experience at a senior level in a Residential Children's home
  • Full manual driving licence
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
