Who we are looking for… An experienced and motivated Deputy Manager who is passionate about supporting children and young people in residential care. You will work closely with the Registered Manager, supporting the day‑to‑day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance. You will confidently lead, supervise, and develop staff, manage the home in the absence of the Registered Manager, and help create a safe, nurturing, and homely environment where young people can thrive. This role is ideal for someone ready to step up and further develop their leadership career within children’s residential care.
