Provision: Children’s Home (EBD), 4-bed service, ages 7–17

Location: Chorley

Reporting to: Deputy Manager / Registered Manager

Pay: £16 per hour

Sleep‑ins: £65 per sleep-in (c.10 per month)

Attendance Bonus: £100 per month

Shift Pattern: 2 on / 4 off (condensed shifts)

Overtime: Available if desired, paid at 1.3x hourly rate

Potential take-home: £39,300

Qualification Required: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent). Please note: Level 3 Health and Social Care is not deemed equivalent for this role.

You’ll lead shifts, act as a positive role model, support newer staff, and contribute to the consistent delivery of high-quality care, safeguarding practice, and professional standards within the home.
