- Number of Beds: Two 2-bed homes (4 beds total)
- Type of YPs: EBD, Trauma, Neglect, CSE, CCE
- Ofsted Rating: New homes – pre-registration and set-up phase
- Ratio of Staff to Children: To be established in line with best practice and regulatory standards
Who we are looking for…
We are seeking a passionate, experienced Registered Manager ready to take the next step by leading not one, but two brand-new 2-bed homes. You will be someone who truly understands the importance of creating a loving, safe, and nurturing environment. You must have a sound knowledge of Ofsted regulations and the Children’s Homes Quality Standards, with a proactive attitude to team recruitment, development, and creating a therapeutic setting that reflects the needs of each young person.

The company is small but expanding, currently developing new services with a vision to grow sustainably, without compromising on quality or care. With two homes under your leadership, and support from senior management and a weekly PACE practitioner, you will never feel like you’re doing it alone.
