Salary: Ā£32,000 per annum, plus bonuses, pension, and other benefits. Paid sleep-ins are Ā£63 per night, with an average deputy salary of Ā£35,276 including one sleep‐in per week.

Working Hours: Combination of on‐shift (07:30–21:30) and administrative shifts (08:30–16:30).

Number of Sleep‐Ins Required: One per week.

Qualifications Required: Level 3 in Residential Childcare or Equivalent.

Experience in Years Required: Minimum of one year's experience in residential children's social care, ideally as a senior support worker.
