The Home:
- Number of Beds: Solo bed (1:1 or 2:1 staffing) OR Two-bed home (2:1 staffing)
- Type of YPs: EBD, SEMH, challenging behaviour
- Ratio of staff to children: High staffing ratios (1:1 or 2:1)

- A confident, experienced professional who:
- Has strong knowledge of statutory requirements and Children’s Homes Regulations
- Can lead shifts, guide staff, and support young people with emotional and behavioural needs
- Demonstrates strong safeguarding experience
- Can confidently manage behaviours using PACE and Team Teach
- Holds strong communication, behaviour management, and administrative skills
- Is flexible to work shifts, weekends, evenings and sleep-ins
- Is a positive role model and able to motivate a team
