The Opportunity

Your Role
- Provide high-quality, consistent care and support to children aged 7 to 17.
- Work closely with your team to create a nurturing, safe, and structured environment.
- Support young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs.
- Promote positive routines, independence, and emotional well-being.
- Be a positive role model and help young people thrive.
Shift Pattern & Salary
- Hours: 8am – 8pm shifts.
- Contract Options: 36, 40 or 48 hours per week.
- Sleep-ins: 8–10 per month (as per rota).
- Hourly Rate: £14.50.
- Sleep-in Rate: £52 per night.
- Overtime and additional shifts available.

What We’re Looking For
Essential Requirements:
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent recognised Level 3 qualification).
- Experience working in residential childcare or a related field.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Minimum age: 21 (in line with Ofsted requirements).
Desirable:
- Experience supporting children with complex emotional needs.
- A calm, consistent, and nurturing approach.
