Qualifications Required:
Level 3 in Children's Residential Care (essential); Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (preferred at point of application, or willingness to enrol within 6 months of starting)
Experience Required:
At least 2 years in a position related to residential care of children, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role within the last 5 years

Who we are looking for:
Someone passionate about making a difference to the lives of young people in care, with a strong understanding of the Quality Standards, SCCIF, childcare legislation, and regulatory requirements. You'll be confident in planning, organising, budget control, resource allocation, and team leadership, with effective spoken and written communication skills and knowledge of the needs of children with behavioural, emotional and social difficulties, including managing challenging behaviour. A full UK driving licence is required.
