✨Showcase Your Leadership Skills
As a Deputy Manager, you'll be expected to support and lead a team. Prepare specific examples of how you've successfully coached or developed others in the past. Think about times when you've managed rotas or led quality assurance initiatives, and be ready to discuss these experiences in detail.
