Who we are looking for…
An experienced and passionate Registered Manager who is confident, compassionate, and ready to lead a new children’s home. You must have at least 2 years’ experience working in a residential children’s home, and 1 year in a leadership role. A strong understanding of Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and safeguarding is essential. Those with only CQC experience and no background in Ofsted-regulated settings will not be considered.
