Service Users: YPs with EBD, Mild LD, Mental Health, and Substance Misuse

Home: 2-bed provision, currently with 1 settled YP

Qualifications Required: Level 3 Residential Childcare

Who we are looking for… We are seeking a highly motivated Deputy Manager who is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of children and young people. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing trauma-informed care, and supporting young people to thrive in a nurturing environment. A candidate who is keen to be part of a growing company with long-term prospects into Registered Manager, Dual Registered Manager and Regional Management.
