Salary & Package

  • Annual Salary: £38,500 per annum (including approximately 10 sleep‐ins per month)
  • Hourly Rate: £16.00 per hour
  • Sleep‐ins: Approximately 10 per month at £65 per sleep
  • Working Pattern: 2 on / 4 off (condensed shifts)
  • Employment Type: Permanent

  • Previous experience within an Ofsted Registered Children's Home supporting children and young people

About the Provider

Our client is an independent children's residential provider supporting young people aged 11–17, focused on developing social, emotional, independence and functional skills while building resilience for adulthood.

Requirements

  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car
  • Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification is not considered equivalent
  • Experience limited to Healthcare, NHS, CQC, Supported Living or Nursery settings is disqualifying
  • Need sponsorship or are on a visa requiring sponsorship is disqualifying
  • No CQC experience or work in an Ofsted Registered Children's Home will not be considered
  • Sponsorship is not available
