Job Title: Registered Manager

Location: Bacup

Salary: £51,500 - £60,000 per year + £7,500 Welcome Bonus

Working Hours / Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week

Employment Type: Permanent

Service: Children's Home

Service Users: EBD, ages 8–17 years

Qualifications Required: NVQ/QCF Level 3 Diploma for the Children's and Young People's Workforce, plus QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Residential Children's Services (or willingness to work towards this qualification)

Number of beds: 4

Who we are looking for:

  • Extensive experience in children's residential care management
  • A strong understanding of relevant legislation and safeguarding procedures
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • A commitment to providing a nurturing and empowering environment
  • A full UK driving licence
