An experienced Deputy Manager who is passionate about supporting children and young people to achieve positive outcomes. You will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth running of the home, maintaining high standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance. You will lead, motivate, and develop staff, step up in the absence of the Registered Manager, and ensure a safe, nurturing, and homely environment. This role is ideal for a strong leader with a hands-on approach and a genuine commitment to children’s residential care.
