We are seeking a Deputy Manager to support the smooth running of the home, working closely with the Registered Manager to:
- Lead and mentor staff
- Support young people with EBD and complex needs
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding and Ofsted standards
- Contribute to a positive, nurturing environment where children thrive
